I had used airtel broadband for 6 months in my office and I had no complains at all, but recently I shifted my office to my home. In the second month I got a mail that I have used my maximum quota of 10GB so my download speed will be reduced to 300-400 kpbs form 4mbps.
I contacted help center and they showed me online that I used in 4 days more than 10 GB and I fired my online helper. My download speed of 300 kpbs continued till the bill cycle of 26th feb. On the 27th evening the speed was normalized till 4mbps, but the same day got a mail again, that again I have used 80% of my download quota.Then the next day again another mail sent to me said the my 100% quota is used and my download speed again came to below 400kpbs.
When contacted the gallery in Lokhandwala, they made me pay the bill by saying that there is an outstanding amount Rs.1, 160/-, if I pay this than the speed will be normalized. So I paid and still the the speed was down. After speaking them online they sent someone at home to check what I was doing and he reported to his seniors.
The point is, the company make you pay and they do what they want. they send you wrong mails making you are guilty of doing something wrong. What is happening. is there any honesty in these companies. that is delivered to these kind of irresponsible people and their staff.
