Highly unprofessional service!

I have been trying to get my broadband setup for last 10 days, but all I end up doing is wait for hours for the technician to visit.


It’s the same old story everyday now. I get a call that they are sending the technician now. If it’s in morning, I stay at home waiting for the guy, but no one turns up and I reach late to work for no reason. If it’s in evening, I come home early, again waiting for hours in vain, but no one turns up.


When I call back on the same number, asking what happened, I am told that the person is on the way. Again waiting for hours, when I call back, they tell me to contact the technician directly. The lady on the phone doesn’t have a clue whether technician is going to come or not.


I reported the same to customer support, and everytime I get the same bot-like reply, assuring me that problem will be resolved within 48 hours. Actually, they don’t even read my mails. As one of my replies, I asked them if they are even reading my mail. And still I get the same copy-paste reply from them.


I can’t believe how shamelesss these people can get. They are continuously harassing me, making me wait for hours, making ne believe they have escalated the issue. But I am sure they haven’t done anything about it. Seriously, you don’t give a damn about customer’s time. All of this has been so frustrating! Pathetic service!
