Well its more then 2 yrs back I taken the airtel broadband connection .as it sounds " airtel" hohoho I never ask about servise and all b4 taking the conection I was happy that days with airtel connectionbt after 3-4 months I start getting problems in speed i called to customer care many times bt they hardly responceit was ok when it was only about speedbt after 2 more month I started getting problem in billing also they were charging even which I m not usingthen every month to corrent bill I went to airtel office.
Then finaly I decided to disconnent the conectioni do so alsothen the main problem startedeven after disconection of the connectionthey keep sending billsnd when we call customer care they told us u have 2 pay this bill then they will send us n.o.s. after that they will not distrub uswe paid tat bill also then after 3 months in march 2006 i again get bill then same regular phone calls from billing department about pending bill.when our phone is disconected then wats the mean of bill then they said they will go to the court, or pay the last billwe paid that bill also..
In sep 2006 we recive 1 more billthis time I decided not to pay on any conditionbt then in november 2006 I got call from advocate telling me that case is resistered on my name for not paying your airtel billthen also I paid the bill , bt still now I hav’nt get any n.o.s.i dont know what to do with this airteli hate airtel and I hate director of airtelplz plz plz plz plz say no to airtel.
