Guys -
Just to share that I am undergoing a nightmare of an experience in getting Airtels broadband with land line shifted to Bangalore from Gurgaon. Its more than 12 days since I raised the request and each day ends with spending atleast 3 hours on 121 customer care IVR talking to a new call centre guy for explaining the issue which creates new service request numbers, promises are made for resolution in 48 hours max with call call back by senior execs but finally with zero action on the ground.
Really wondering if thats the quality of services expected from a flagship service provider in todays times. My 2 cents - Please do not go in for shifting your broadband connection if its provided by Airtel. Take a fresh connection from any another provider.
