Over the period, good company to worst company.

Using Airtel services for over 10 years in cell phone, broad band. Although they were very prompt and the service was reliable, but over the period especially over the last 5 years, the services has gone to dogs. Especially the customer service, they are the worst of the lots. they do not have any knowledge as well as they do not want to learn as well.


With frequent disconnection even in the middle of the night, the response is the same. Ask for any senior manager, they are not invisible. I guess Mittal is running this company by ghosts rather than human beings.


No managers calls for any grievances and everything is being done by the people on the phone. these people has only one response, "will check with the back end team." With this they are increasing the tariff by 40%.


If any MBA student has to do a thesis on how to destroy the company from good to worst, they can study Airtel as a company.
