I booked a new connection but didnt get any.

I booked an Airtel broad band connection on may 23rd 2013 but I still didn’t get a connection yet.


The executive who had come to my shop have switched off his cellphone too. I had lodged a complaint to customer care on 29th of may 2013 and my complaint number is 33382174 .


My TBLR number is 622087. Unfortunately this is the second time i’m facing this issue from Airtel. and with the worst response from it’s executives.


I put up in Peenya Industrial Area 2nd Stage.  My number is 9060584193. Please do suggest me regarding this issue.
