Good thing about Airtel is that they have good network, connectivity. I never had issue with speed.
But I don’t like it at all based on my previous experience.
#. If you apply for a new connection, they will respond very slow.
#. I applied 4 time whenever I shifted my house, always got the response that they do not have port available. First time it looked OK, but when I called local guy who advertised himself for broadband connection, I got the new connection. It happened with me 2 times.
#. They will first come to your place and ask for money before installation and before checking the feasibility. Bad way to treat the customer.
#. They are very bad in following any service request. You will experience a life time event if you anytime need to go to their outlet and talk with their representative.
#. I asked one of my connection to be discontinued, It took nearly 6 months and bill were getting generated. When I asked why should I pay the money, they talked taking to the civil court. I eventually paid the money. This was the worst experience I ever had with Airtel.
I never found any other service provider better. But Airtel treats their customer very bad. Your blood will be boiled if you come across any problem and if needed to deal with customer support.
Airtel might be good connectivity and speed provider, I always liked its connectivity but due to lack of any better service provider, had no other option. I never found that they have any prepaid offer.
If you find any other option apart from Airtel and if that seems comparable speed, Go for it.
