People from Airtel, they’re shameless. All they want is money, they’ll do anything for it. There are more than 500  comments with negative feedback and still they didn’t take any action. I suppose the rest of people with positive comments were either millionaires or people working for Airtel.


Two incidents I want to share. I did NOT activate airtel smartbytes, but they told I activated it. This happened two twice. I didn’t know that until I received my bill. I can’t even block the smart bytes website. i’ve been using for 4 years, all those years most of the time I received is CONSTANT 256 Kbps speed and EXPONENTIALLY increasing BILL.


Recently, an airtel guy came to my house since the line got cut, before he left, he said "you’ll receive 2Mbps speed from tomorrow". He didn’t  even blink his eyes, didn’t tremble, he told as if it were the truth. I replied him, "i know when it will increase, there are TEN more days." He replied, "Oh, I tried to convince you".

It takes more than TEN minutes to buffer a TWO minute 480p youtube video!


This is what I receive in A month


2Mbps for 2 days.


256Kbps for 28 days.


Bandwidth throttled by EIGHT times. It’s unfair.
