I use the Airtel broadband since last three years. In starting days every think is ok but after two year we are facing the problem with internet connection. Every second day we lose the internet connectivity. We inform to the customer care department of Airtel they gave as assurance that problem is resolved by them with in 24 hours but their stupid engineers are not able to solve the problem in 24 hours. I am not satisfied with service of Airtel at all. Airtel needs to improve their service otherwise they lose there customer very soon. They also need to heir the experienced employees those are able to resolve the problems on time. I am facing the internet connectivity problem in every second day if they are not improve there service I am not going take their service. Only because of their service I am not recommend Airtel broadband.
