Reliability is the word I’d associate with Airtel broadband. Have been an Airtel customer since 2005 and have seen them progress and grow from strength to strength. Their customer service team simply has to be among the best I’ve ever seen, maybe even the best in the world. No problem is small enough and engineers are often visiting houses, solving problems and ensuring all connections are properly made. Even problems like lack of proper desired speed are sorted out and if need be, purely for speed related reasons, even the underground and other concealed wirings are changed. Overall a very good broadband service, one that I’d definitely recommend and please don’t be put off by the prices, their services definitely live up to it.
