I got my airtel broadband connection last week , and it has changed my internet experience completly. I was amazed by the efficiency of the airtel customer care .i had applied for broadband connection on the net and within 48hrs their stomacher care approached me at my place at my convenient time (around 8 in the night) and within 2 working days my airtel phone as well as broadband connection was installed with utmost professionalism, right from the wiring to the installation of the broadband connection.and best part was that I did not have to waste any of my productivity time.
As I am not available in the morning hours at the premise.this is completly a new experience to me as I was trying to get bsnl broadband connection earlier, but it was getting delayed as I could not make time to go to their office and do other required things as I am not free during day time also there was waiting list for broadband connection .a far as the internet connection speed is it is superfast and after using tataindicom data card connectivity it is mindblowing.three cheers for privatisation and three cheers to airtel .
