At the start it is good but later you start to feel the real problem. I used to face problems with it frequently and had to contact the customer care every single time. It’s a big headache to contact the customer care and also the technicians have to visit your place for about 4 to 5 times. Even if your problem gets cleared, there will be the same issue after 2 days or so.
Finally I would recommend not to take an Airtel Broadband connection. You will face soo many problems and will have to change for some other network eventually.
