I was looking for an internet connection, after a primary market research and speaking to marketing executives, I was pushed by the Airtel guy to go for their connection, he kept following up with me for 2-3 weeks.. I finally thought of going for it. I paid an advance of INR 2, 400 to him, Mr. Munniraju promised that my area has the feasibility and i’ll get the connection in 5 working days..
I waited for 7 working days, but, no one from airtel contacted me, after following up and pursuing the marketing guy Munniraju , his manager and the technical guy, I was told that, I will get the connection in next two days..
20 days have already passed and now, when I called, I learnt that, there is some DP switch issue and they can’t give me the connection. and will return me the money in 7 working days!! Are we living in india ? Am I living in banagalore? Is this the way to manage the customers?My advise: Think before you apply for the internet connection of Airtel Broadband.
