Airtel service is the probably the worst ever

Suddenly the BSNL ISP seems better. At lease we know what to expect. Applied for connection 20 days back. 3 became 10. Finally our man arrived unannounced. Came back 2 days later.


Tech savvy as he is, he explained why I can get only 4 Mbps here. Did some activation business at told me that the connection is only for 2 Mbps.


I had already paid up for the 4 Mbps line. Registered a complaint. Got about 20 huge messages welcoming me to this terrible service. Got calls too welcoming me, about 5 of them!


Frustration after explaining the problem. They registered complaints every time and got me new tracking numbers.


Some rude fellows called me. I vented my frustration saying I needed to get done immediately. Resorted to threatening them that I would move or cancel connection.


Cooly the fellow replied saying it is not going to happen. Only thing remaining was that he did not curse me!


So much customer service. Sales cycles are quick. Service can take months.


I am a loyal airtel fellow with all my family and friends on airtel. will check for a week more and move everyone out of airtel. With over 10 connections, with monthly spend of over 10k, these fellows treat as if they are doing us a favor.


Do not get airtel, it takes time and makes you feel lousy!
