Watching some stupid airtel ad is one kind of torture & getting service done from Airtel customer service is another level of torture. They have no information on whatsOn the Ground No info on What, when, where, who of the issue when a customer calls. I am literallyon hold in an Airtel customer care call while writing this review, so you can understand the frustration I have gone through. To have a simple shifting of connection from one home to another which in next lane is big 5 day work & the customer care folks have no clue on what they are blabbering about. All they are bothered is to quickly disconnect the call byproviding ananswer. Taking customer for granted is one the reason for this negligence. Sad that these folks talk about "broadband & service" in the so called ads. Absolutely unhappy with the service from Airtel customer care.
