Airtel has excellent connection. They have very good uptime. I have ran many test to check the continuity of the connection -- Always up connection.
Customer service is also prompt and they understand customer requirements .
My modem’s power supply is went bad -- This modem was running in bridge mode and their customer service rep came in my absence -- figured out the configuration and configured the new modem and made sure everything is working without my giving a single instruction.
Now since they have added Static IP to their offering -- its unbeatable.
They have blast kind of speed -- which is good for surfing but not so good for downloads.
Their upload is also slow. They just need to improve speed.
They also have wider offering. So I get to pick the type of connection I want.
I have three connection -- two at work and one at home -- all are working fine.
They also offer good phone connection and combined plans with internet.
