I have decided to for an airtel broadband connection irrespictive of getting some very bad feed back about the service. I have applied for one connection sometime in first week of july and till date I am trying to figure out why the connection is not given and what happened to my deposit. I made numerous calls several visits to airtel service centers and they said they are still working on that request.
Friends I really dont know what to do . I paid a deposit of around Rs 2000, spend several hours in chasing no one in airtel seems to be bothered. I wish AIRTEL top management take some action to improve their service.
The only thing I can do is to let all know that please dont go for AIRTEL you might loose your deposit itself
