My Internet and landline Connection is dead from past 2 days and I am trying to reach them from voice but it end with “our all executives are busy/ or enter your landline number” it really bull sh*t......how many times should person need to enter his number and 121 and 198 are useless.
They are fooling their customers. If you submit online complaint.....you will get a message saying. Thanks for submitting our server is under maintenance, why can’t they intimate their customers through mails or by message.
