First the Airtel guys kept irritating me to submit documents so that they can activate. Once the documents were submitted, the internet was activated. But the very next day the internet is not available. Called up the Airtel technician and he lodges a complaint and tells server problem. It will be fixed in 2 days.
3 days gone still not fixed. So called him up again. He tells it will be fixed the next day. Next day still not fixed. So I went to Airtel money to give complaint. The person there tells the complaint was closed because the technician has no rights to lodge complaint. (How was I supposed to know that)...then the guy there points towards a phone and tells me to lodge complaint from there.
(Next day the same guy tells that phone is only for mobile complaints and not for broadband). A lady receives it and tells I cannot call from there and she wont take my complaint. I have to sit in front of my laptop and then call her. I start shouting so she tells she will call me within 2 hrs. 24 hrs gone still no call. Next day I go to aAirtel money again to demand my advance back.
He gives me a number of a Mr Murali telling me that he will disconnect the connection and return my money. This guy refuses to do so telling that I have not informed him of the complaint (as though when I have a complaint I have to inform everyone in Airtel starting from Sunil Mittal) and so he cannot refund my money.
He gives me the number of a Mr Wasim who is the regional complaint manager (ironically this guy doesnt receive any calls made to his phone and over that some idiot calls me soon after telling technician will be coming to my house in another 10 minutes. 3 hours gone technician is still not come.
Guess I have to file a missing complaint for him. In short, still waiting for my internet connection to be fixed.
