I used airtel broadband service for approx 1 year the servece in my area is not good but not bas also. Ui take 2 mbps connection from airtel the speed is quite good but the 2 mbps speed I got only for 10 to 15 days from starting of monthly cycle after that the speed decreases .
For next 10 to 12 day speed I got is just an average mean 1.5mbps to 1mbps
After that the speed goes to wors condition
1 mbps to 768kbps that is realy pathetic .
When ever I call to customer service they provide a very bad bad reason

Sir there is a problem in our back end as soon as this problem solved u got the speed
