I did payment of 5233 for my fixed line/broadband on 18th July 2020. Its for 6 months period. However, they have disconnected the outgoing phone service. I tried to reach airtels support number 2 to 3 times. Nobody picked up the phone who could help to address my issue.
Pathetic support. They just loop the Customer in their poor IVR support.
