Kept harassing me on phone.The customer care executives are not in sync with the database.Different executives kept telling me different amount of bills.Without informing in advance, they held my connection off. They kept sending their collection officers.Now I have discontinued with them and switched to MTNL. Airtel broadband su*ks! I was harassed for about 3-4 months and I have told them that I don’t want their services, still they keep coming to my house, requesting for a settlement.
