This was regarding one of the broadband connection we are using in our organization and the number allocated to us was 0124 -4208227 we having been trying to pay this number bill from past 3 months but we are not allowed to do so as payment was unsuccessful. On calling customer care every time it was stated that this number is not allocated to STP(Strategic Talent Partner) but is in the name of Reliance Communication, we told them that we are calling from the same landline but the customer care was never available with a satisfactory answer.
On the registered mobile number we are now getting message that our bill of 5816/- INR is due on number 012434001304 which is actually not allocated to us nor is this our broadband line number.
Now from last 5 days our broadband on fixed line number 0124 -4208227 is not working and has been disconnected without a resolution from customer care. Every time we are calling on customer care the same response is there that this number doesn’t belong to us so they will not be able to help us.
Is this the worth of a so called “FASTEST” and best choice network in India, and is the way customers should suffer due to "PATHETIC" and "RUTHLESS" customer care service.
We are not going to continue with this pathetic service and is you want lets meet at consumer forum and we will settle the case there.
JUST WANT TO TELL AIRTEL, 4G adds will not work incase you are not transparent to customer in billing and provide good customer service.
