It has now been 2 years since I had airtel internet connection at my home
And I must say that it is the best internet ever used.
The customer care is very good and you can get solution at blazing speeds.
The speed of their connect is also good...they provide their promised speed and even more than that..on 512 connection I used to get 560-580 kbps.
Very reliable....very very rare their servers are down and have problem.
Only once I remember they couldnot provide service for 3 days since the whole unit and wire installed outside was stolen and that too took time till I was asking a local airtel guy to handle...but when I called the customer care directly on 3rd day the internet was restored the same day.
Finally I would advise everyone not to think twice if you want a internet broadband and have a choice of airtel.
The only problem with them now is for heavy downloaders...they cap the speed to 256 kbps for all plans after some download limit.
