I have a small company in NSP, New Delhi and we have been using Airtel broadband for quite a while. I was happy with the service till the time I had limited usage, but when I upgraded my plan to a higher 8 Mbps plan, according to their statistics: "All of a sudden my usage has gone up by 300%" Whoa! this is what their stats tells me (https://airtel.in/smartbyte-s/page.html).
I use internet for my business (no downloads) and my usage hasn’t changed for past 3-4 months, how is this possible. I realized that these people are fraud when I saw that during night when my internet is off my internet usage has recorded 200mb of data. What the heck!
Never ever use Airtel for business. I have MTNL@2mbps unlimited at home and it is faster than their 8 mbps where we seldom get the 8 Mbps speed..
