I have been using Airtel Broadband for the past 5 years and am pretty impressed with the way its been. Connection has always been good. Advance SMS, emails are send incase there is a distruption in the line. CC has been quick to update requests. What I like is:
Complaints are corrected within 48 hrs or they reduce the Bill by Rs.100
They do not charge for shifting the line
When I shifted last, not only did they not charge me but also reduced the bill by Rs.100 since I could not use the line for 24 hours.
Website that gives a good picture of the calls made, including local calls
Payment available online. Incase their site fails, alternative sites like Visabillpay are recomended.
No issues with billing ever.
AND THE BEST:
No pesky calls asking to upgrade ro any new features.
What they could do better is to give increased braodband speeds.
