Activation charges billed twice


During the installation of the new fixed line connection(08041146442), your service guys collected a cheque of Rs.500 to "BHARTHI AIRTEL LTD" as informed by your customer care call which I got. Since, I previously had a landline phone, they charged 500Rs as they didn’t provide a new one. You have cashed in the cheque on 17th August, 2016. Cheque is from ICICI bank and cheque number - 317911.


Now, during the billing cycle, I’m again charged with 1000Rs+ Taxes. See images.


Airtel is collecting activation charges twice . Resolve it at the earliest. Else I will escalate this to consumer forum.
