I have been using Airtel Broadband from last 6 years, from last one week the connection started disconnecting on and off, after opening a case, Airtel tell me that it is a Modem issue.
They will not support and I have to fix myself, looks like they have changed the policy and stopped supporting Modem.
It is disappointing to see Airtel completely ignoring their customers, the issues not seems to modem here!
