People be aware of the new way of cheating.
I asked for Airtel broadband in my location, even I see lot of advertisement in my location HSR Layout, Sector - 7. On Oct 25 2013 The Airtel executive Majunath 9900502159 came to my house and collected all related documents, asked for Rs.600(which is actually Rs.500) I paid and he promised that the service will be given within a weeks time.
After 2 weeks still no information, I called up Manjunath, he said he is in native and will contact soon. Later he never picked up the his phone anytime. Though I paid Rs.600 I have receipt for Rs.500 which I noticed later(its my mistake).
This application have a tracking number TBLR 6748381 with that information I called up after 2 weeks to customer care, where they informed that connection will be given soon, without specifying time, I insisted if you can’t provide the time refund my money and he said I will be receiving the call about it.
1 week later, I got a call asking weather I got the connection, I said I didn’t get the connection which I suppose to get 2 weeks before. Then the lady said due to some issue they were not able to provide connection and it will be refunded within 21 days. I waited and waited and called again the customer service he said next week. but it didn’t.
Again today I called up he said its with courier will be delivered on Monday. I told if its not within a week time, I will need to go legally, the customer support guy said your wish. This is very rude way of replying a customer.
Now to Airtel,
Great service, you take people money giving false promise and hold their money for more than 21 days, if you can do this through out India I hope you can gain a crores of money for short time without even paying any interest. If you people are genuine, don’t ask the customer to pay money if you are not sure about providing service.
