I had applied for a new Internet connection( 2mbps, 10Gb unlimited, 999 Rs 1 month adv Rental) bearing form number 510584 for my residence Kalena Agrahara, Bannerghatta Road. A guy from Airtel Sales officer Yogesh R (Sales officer, Bharti Airtel Services Limited, Airtel House, Garvebhavipalya, Hosur Road) chased me like any thing, He did all the false commitments and got enrollment form filled and signed by me, he also took 1000.00 Rs as advance rental. Although he promised the connection to be placed in 3 working days, it¿s going to be almost 12 days but nothing has happened. He seems very irresponsible guy as he is not picking my any call.
When I asked the Service engineer about this problem they told that Airtel Sales guy Yogesh R was already informed that this area doesn’t have required infrastructure to provide the connection. I have emailed to Airtel nodal officer and a case has been registered to refund back my Money.
Please advise me if I should go and register a police complain against him. I have called, SMSed him many time but all unresponded. Irony is that I have been associated with Airtel since last 4 years with Account Number: 14588594 and still I am being treated very shabbily by them. Actute mental harrassment and agony.
