I entered into airtel broadband in 2011, from the inception the broadband will not work continuously it be often break in 5-10 min. I will always lodge a complaint about this very frequently but their response is nil.At times somebody will come and tell we have rectified the wiring but it was never experienced.
One day broadband was completely disconnected.I lodged complaint to their customer service for almost 15-20 times but the problem was not rectified.So finally I fed up with them and told them to disconnect the service, then one guy called me told me that he will rectify the problem and change my plan and requested me to continue with airtel. I told ok for his request since he promised me to solve the problem within 24 hrs. But what happened is I got another bill thats all the problem was not solved.
I was fed up with them.They are good only sending bills.not in service. Airtel is the worst to the core.
