I’ve been using Airtel Broadband connection for the past 3 years, and my experience with their Service so far is very positive.
Initially I opted for 256 kbps unlimited connection(Rs 799 per month). The Internet connection speed is as specified and it is very reliable. I only had the connection interrupted once and that problem too lies on my end as the phone line that runs on our Apartment terrace was broken.
The only point that I want to highlight as negative point is that, in the monthly Bill they don’t show Local Call details. It would be really good if all Calls can be traced with the monthly Bill.
One more thing, they even upgraded my connection speed to 512 kbps without any extra cost. So, I’m very much happy with their service. I have no plans to switch to any other Service provider at this point.
