SLA is 8 hours - used to be adhered to about 3 months ago.
IVR wait is 5 minutes before you can talk to a CSA.
SLA is not respected anymore - response from Callcenter is without reading the issue.
No resolution available from callcenter. Have to hope and pray that internet is restored soon. Was better about a month ago when SLA of 8 hours was respected.
Last complaint to restore internet services resulted in 5 days downtime.
Internet speed and customer service has both deteriorated.
Speed is too slow to do any office related or work related tasks.

Service delivery has gone from bad to worse. They are not upgrading to optic fiber to all societies, while most other providers are. Connection drops and unplanned outages are at least once a week.
After being a customer for over 10+ years, following up about service disruption for over 20 times, I finally disconnected. To top it, they overcharged the bill for plans and modem equipment they never delivered and sent collections threats as well.
Honestly think, there are much better options out there than shabby Airtel!
