VERY VERY BAD Response from AIRTEL BROADBAND

I am having Airtel Broadband connection last one year, I thought of shifting my connection to new premisis in Nizampet. My existing connection also in Nizampet other side of the road. When we called in Feb 09, they told us that it will take 3 days to complete the activity, they asked us to pay 300Rs for shifting, we agreed, however they never called us, after couple of days we started calling up them for shifting, they used to say port is ready at the other side, it will be done today, almost continued the same story or 6-7 days, finally one fine day they said this can’t be done, since there is no connectivity at my new place.


However they had updated the billing address to New address with out shifting the phone, we started recieving the bill to new address, we called up the Airtel and asked the status, they told us the shifting is done, so they updated to new address in the system, however the fact is that shifting has not done yet, they dont get the actual information from their fiedl engineers, I asked them to update to old address, they told us that they have done, still I am reciving the same, when I called today, they told that they will take the new request for change of my address, that is Airtel.
