Pathetic & Scammers

I have two broadband connections from airtel and airtel is just pathetic to serve at both locations. One in U.P and the other is in Delhi NCR.


U.P. connection: The service is just a nightmare as every week the internet gets disturbed and I have to raise a complaint. Not just this, they give a 24 hrs resolution time which goes up to 4 days every time. They don’t understand the service standard. Their so-called technician is a moron. Every time I have to chase the airtel CC back and forth to get a resolution.


The connection too is not stable. I raised a complaint on 7-may 2021 and I was constantly getting messages team is working and it will be resolved till xxx time but when I called them after two days, I got to know they have a date till 11 may get the issue resolved. Is it a joke or something? What did they do in the last two days then, not even this, after that, I got a message the issue has been resolved and then I called them again so they made an excuse it has been updated the fiber cut issue was there which has been resolved. I got no call from the technician no one visited my place to resolve it so how come it can be resolved. When I called them to discuss this, they had no answer. I can’t talk to the real manager, I can’t talk to a technician, I can’t talk to same guy I talked to previously, and you guys say it a SERVICE.


Who on earth gives you the confidence to call yourself the best service provider. You simply have a team of moron people who don’t know the customer support skill or how to resolve the customer problem in real.


Delhi connection: First of all, the guy whom I talked to initially didn’t inform me about my connection mode (prepaid or postpaid). I have used a few broadband services earlier as well but airtel is on top to scam people in such a way. Hats off to airtel seriously.


They first gave me a postpaid connection without my consent and then sent me a monthly bill ( month during which I was an impression that will only be reactivated once after I recharge the broadband service) when I asked them to convert this to prepaid, one lady called Asha (who call herself a manage) assured me to get it converted into prepaid once after I pay the outstanding payment (which I am not going to pay of course). The lady told me the plan I have currently 499₹ Can only be available with a package of 3 months together when converting to prepaid and I said OK but then after 2 hours I got another call from a guy name Purushottam told me my current plan is non-convertible and there is no prepaid plan under 499₹. Not even for 3 months package. The prepaid plan comes with a 3, 6, 8, 12 months package only on the 799₹ plan. This is absolutely ridiculous.


AIRTEL HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE FOR ME SERIOUSLY. I HAVE TWO CONNECTIONS WHICH I AM GOING TO DEACTIVATE NOW AND WOULD SUGGEST YOU GUYS SAVE YOURSELF FROM BEING SCAMMED AND BEARING THIS MUCH PAIN.
