I had a really bad experience with the stupid company. I raised a request to move my Airtel connection on July 28th from one place to the other place in Bangalore.
First they told that they will check the feasibility and after 1 week I got a call and they told it’s not possible.
I told them to close the connection. After 2 weeks, I got a call again telling that it’s possible. I anyway requested them to close the connection because I can’t wait for almost a month for them to find the feasibility and move the connection overall. They listened and I believed. There was no communication for a month after that from Airtel.
After a month, they sent my internet bill which I never used the entire month as I had already raised my request to close the connection. I didn’t bother about the bill and just left it.
After the second month also I got the internet bill. And then their worst customer care executives kept calling me AGAIN AND AGAIN and asking me to pay the bill. This conversation happened for a month and I got almost 20 CALLS from Airtel customer care executives and I had to tell them the story from the beginning again and again - I don’t know whether they don’t record any conversation history in their system - very irritation. I didn’t loose my patience and explained to all of them again and again.
And finally, it felt like i’m speaking to a stone wall. None of them seem to understand, there is absolutely no collaboration within themselves, and none got the clue and understand what I was saying. Finally they threatened me that I will file a case on me IF I DON’T PAY THE BILL FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS WITH FINE WHERE AS I HAVEN’T USED THE LINE AT ALL AS I GOT SHIFTED AND RAISED REQUEST TO CLOSE THE CONNECTION TWO MONTHS BACK. And so many airtel guys called me and made the same stupid talk.
I really got frustrated!!!! Finally, I spitted the money on them as I couldn’t go with that phone torture!!
I payed 2000 rupees for their mistakes and stupidities while I haven’t consumed even a single KB of their internet.
*That’s when I decided to never turn towards Airtel in my life ever again!!!!*
