Airtel broadband is reliable and fast service. Downtime is very less and they value their customers.
Their speed is decent. Price is decent in comparison to other providers in India.
As I said, most important is very less downtime and they are on their toes to up it again if it goes down sometimes(TATA indicom cutting their wires, road work, pipe work). all this stuff goes on and on in India without any improvement ever. but still Airtel manages to do better.

We also have Tata Indicom broadband and we don’t even feel that we have tata’s broadband since half the time they are down and never seen such shameless people.
Tata should learn from Airtel on how to work in telecom and communication industry.
