I am using airtel IPTV for almost 2 years now, for last couple of months was facing problem with IPTV settopbox s remote . I complained to customer care on 21 sept 2011 and recieved no remote from them as promised within 48 hours. and when I contacted them again on 3rd oct 2011 I was informed my complaint has been closed without resolution as they do not have the remote in stock and was told to register my complaint again .to my surprise after lodging again the complaint they didnt resolve as they still do not have the same in stock . further I requested for cancellation of same iptv connection I was informed I will be charged for entire month , though no fault of mine . AIRTEL co. supplied a settop box from a inferioror quality manufacturer and if need replacement on payment they do not have stocks . I suggest and warn the customer not to be fooled by AIRTEL as they have lot of customers and losing few does not matter much to them as they have already earned from you . the co . has an ineffective customer care and after sale support so BEWARE OF AIRTEL.
