I have had my share of problems with Airtel services over the past 4 years of using them in Bangalore.
and I have always had to put up with really bad customer service executives who have openly lie .
for the first time this month when I spoke to their Customer care. I felt like Airtel may have finally put some money into training their otherwise horrible staff.
I must saw for the first time in four years I was satisfied with my to and fro with Airtel.
I dont know how exactly to rate Airtel on the basis of that but I felt it deserves a mentioned
