Airtel epitomizes poor customer service. They force the customer to view marketing messages while blocking internet access and making you loose all your work !!
I have documented the proof and shared it with them only to get promises & reassurances and nothing more. They are so shameless that they prepared a scripted response with all false facts and sent it to me stating that there is no problem in the first place (after almost 2 months of follow-ups !!!!).
The Airtel Engineer who inspected the problem agrees that they need to fix this but customer service chooses to inform me that there is no problem.
I have escalated the matter to the Nodal office & even Apellate office and found that the most incompetent people have been hired by them who lack basic understanding and sincerity in resolving customer issues.
Believe me airtel does not care !!! So please..please do not make the mistake of choosing airtel for any of their services...!!!
