I had taken Airtel broadband connection a 2 weeks back. And the very first day it stopped working. Even after raising multiple complaints(3 er day so in all 30 complaints out of which 7 were in Airtel SExclusive Store Indiranagar) with the customer care, Escalation Team and the Area Manager, the problem has not been solved yet. I was told by Apellate team and area manager 3 times that "Take my words it will be rectified in 2hours".My landline number is 080-41304753.
With complete disgust and dissatisfaction from Airtel, I have disconnected the internet connection immediately. I warn all of you people please please please go for any connection but no Airtel. You will have a very very disgusting experience if you go for Airtel.

I have experienced this pathetic service in Bangalore Gurgaon, Noida and Chennai.Testimony to the fact that you should dump Airtel. The store guy told me one good thing "get it disconnected".
