I had decided to discontinue my airtel broadband connection for which I made a call to their customer care on 1st July. My line was disconnected on 2nd July and I stopped using it altogether. However, I am still receiving bills and now the customer care says that the line is still active because "I" had asked them to activate it via a phone call on 9th July which obviously I hadnt !
Isnt this cheating ?
Think twice before buying any Airtel product !
