I am staying in Bangalore and a regular customer of Airtel Braodband for more than 1.5 years.
Before Airtel I have exp..ed Reliance and Tata Indicom. It was a great exp with Airtel broadband and I have hardly received any service interuption which was not the case with earlier service providers (don’t want to talk that experience.
It always gives me lots of negativity).Once I had to call Airtel customer support becasue of some issue in connectivity and my problem was immediateley resolved over the call. 2 weeks back I raised a request for changing phone instrument becasue of some problem with the existing one.
I had been told that the service would be resolved within 4 hours and to my surprise I saw a service man on my door within 3.5 hrs and I got the instrument changed within exactly 4 hrs.Amazing service. Keep it up!
