I was holding the airtel broadband connection with the number 080-41215460 for almost 2 years now, but all of a sudden the connection was deactivated by airtel in the first week of october, and inspite of several calls to customer care, the issue is not resolved, even the nodal (080-41115338) and the appellete team (41115201) is not able to resolve the issue.
Everytime I call them up, I get the same answer, your documents has been misplaced, please re-submit again. I have already submitted 3 times, and still not got the connection.
And I dont know whom to contact to get the justice for my problem. Any suggestions are welcome.
