I was an airtel BB customer once upon a time.I shifted homes. They wont shift the internet connection. I requested them to cancel the connection. They agreed, all the settlement done. Now begins the story. I get calls from their thugs to pay up again. Today got a call from guy I am sure he is a recovery guy. They have become smart (now they use vodafone numbers)
I am asked to be pay up and/or face court proceedings.
Let me know your thoughts and btw if you’re planning to go for airtel do it at ur own risk. If you are an existing customer then wait till you leave them and if you have already tried to cancel/shift your connection you will understand.
