Although it is a known brand in broadband industry but when it comes to delivering what is being promised, this broadband fails terribly.
It is not able to provide the speed as per the plan offered ever and the quality of service is deteriorating day by day.
I paid Rs.4189 for 6 months and got 40 Mbps plan but I was provided 24 Mbps plan instead and on being asked by me they gave me a shitty excuse that my locality has only this much speed limit which is completely false as my neighbours are getting more than that speed.
The high speed data limits are usually very low and annoying and the connection drops down frequently within a day without any known reason.
In the past 6 months I have registered more than 9 complaints regarding the speed of the service and every time they come up with the same answer that is to buy a costlier plan, which I tried initially 2 or 3 times but then I understood that is a never ending loop and it is better to switch to some other network.
