I had a pathetic experienband connection in BTM, bangalore and executive - Mr Suhail(mobile number - 7022568243) came and promised that all connection and network connectivity has been checke you will get 4 mbps, installation will be done within 3 days with free router and landline with 99 rs top up.
thats it. I gave 1000 cheque and 200 for top up. on 27 th Nov.
till 5 th Dec he stopped recving my calls and later airtel ppl called saying sorry there is no connectivity we will refund 1000 in 20 days.
COMMENTS:
Why did the executive lie, airtel didnt check the connectivity before taking my money.
they shud nt have recruited such fraud and lie speaking sales guy
20 days to wait for refund. thts nonsense. my money you took blindly and then you keep for one month.
I have funny mails in line where the appelate repiles sir I am sorry, we will refund 1000 rs only
My question is what about the executive, he is from your team. why no question is being addressed. he is still out and collecting from others the money 200 X no. of customers. and airtel is defending because they have customer money for 20 days or more.
ADVICE:
get you installation done. or go to centre and pay, . dont belive this cheater who collect money in home
