Few weeks before I had applied for a airtel connection. Their executive came to my house very next day and he said that he checked the feasibility and with in 3 days I will get the connection.
after 1 wek I enquired I enquired about the connection, then they said that they will be providing very next day, again next day they said the same comment .At last I spoke with their manager, he said that they are getting good feasibiliyt in my area, so that I will getting the same day and he had given the service engineer’s number. after that I called to service engineer and told everything, he said that there is no deasibility at all, so that he will not give the connection. then again called executive and cancelled the connection.
they said that I will be getting my money back with in 7 working days. now its almost 10 days, I havent got my money back. "AIRTEL . CONNECTING PEOPLE"
