Very bad billing service of airtel broadband

I was using airtel broadband and landline service 1 year. I have have paid our telephone bill regularly every month to month before bill due date but our landline has been disconnected by airtel in mid of month without any intimation. Also note that their RM & 2nd level head has not support to us and give false information about disconnection and no support to active our telephone line. Thus we have suffered huge money loss and business hamper due to broadband telephone line dead, because we are share broking firm and our dealing is based on telephone line. then no solution from airtel side then I discontinue my connection. this type of customer service naver expect from company like airtel.
