I was a regular user of Airtel Broadband, no doubt Airtel is providing good connectivity and speed but they are not of enough value to be taken seriously as reliable.
I had the Airtel Connection with Broadband at my location in Noida with Phone number 0120-4346150, and I had requested them to please shift my connection to next door home (as I changed my home there). But, next day their Engineer came and told me that the connection could not be there? I was amazed as I was using that connection on the same place for the last 2+ years. I had my many things depend on this connection, my job too. But, nobody listened me.
I approached their Customer Care, Local Engineer, Nodal Officer (Not bother to even picking up the phone), and even their so-called ombudsman also. But, they were not in a mood to listen me, and finally I given up and now approaching to BSNL for this Internet Connection.
But, this treatment by the Airtel people provide them a bad reputation among my friend circle as I gave good recommendation regarding Airtel broadband service. Now, all of my friends are going to cancel their connection too.
I have approached to the Noida Consumer Court regarding this matter and they are preparing this case. As this is the case of "Lack in Service".
